Propertyclip

About Us

Propertyclip's broadcast quality comes from the pedigree of its staff. Based in Bristol, the business was started in January 2006 by BBC-trained TV Producer/ Director Hamish Beeston who has made over 30 primetime documentaries for BBC1, BBC2, National Geographic and the Discovery Channel.

In 2005, Hamish worked on the global Discovery series "Superhomes" about multi-million pound houses worldwide and it was this experience that gave him the idea for Propertyclip. He was astonished that most of these hugely expensive houses relied on underwhelming entries in estate agents' websites, with only a few tiny photos and floor plans to catch the eye. When he actually visited the houses, they were stunning, but the websites and the print brochures did them little justice.

However, when filmed with TV quality cameras and edited into a film with a proper storyline script and music, the house really came alive. And so Propertyclip was born to create the very best in property marketing films for some of the world's most exclusive homes.

Penny Beeston, formerly a Series Producer for Granada Television, joined the business in autumn 2006. Also BBC-trained, Penny's speciality was exotic wildlife locations around the world, with National Geographic and Discovery Channel as the main clients. Always on the search for the most striking images, Penny's creativity is matched by a keen sense of practicality, ensuring expectations are matched and exceeded.

Between them, Penny and Hamish have 30 years of top quality broadcast experience. This teamed with help from the documentary business's top freelancers, ensures that each property film is tailored to the customer's exact requirements, and that the quality always shows on the screen.
