FILMS:

Propertyclip films are shot by small teams of top broadcast TV director / camera people to ensure the best quality whilst keeping the price down. The films can be delivered on DVD or streamed online, either hosted on the Propertyclip servers or incorporated seamlessly into a client's site itself.

Propertyclip films are fully bespoke and can be made to any length or style but a number of standard types have emerged:

PROPERTY films are typically between 02'00" and 05'00" in length. That's long enough to give a good overview of one property and to stress a few key points to entice a potential buyer to find out more, but short enough to make sure they actually watch the whole film when casually browsing the internet. Films come with music and, if required, voiceover. Filming usually takes one day per property, or more if you want to cover before / after sequences or craftsmanship during the build.

Examples: Glade House, Charente Hall, Portland Road, Islington Place, Park Street

LOCATION films are usually between 05'00" and 15'00" in length. These are mini-documentaries which give a profile of a wider area, with or without the property for sale. These films can cover the landscape, wildlife, culture of a location and can be edited into one long film for a DVD or cut down into shorter chapters for online streaming. These location films are particularly suited for selling off-plan developments and often incorporate computer graphics / animations of the future properties.

Examples: Sambala, Sambala Showhome, Santiago Island Coast.

STILLS:

Propertyclip also offers still photography for those who do not want to abandon traditional marketing altogether! We use top photographers, with particular experience in architectural, interiors and documentary work, to closely compliment our film styles.
